You can return an item purchased online with a credit card, debit card, gift card or PayPal for a refund or an exchange by visiting the relevant brand’s retail store in Australia (ie. items bought at Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand).
Simply take the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice that comes with your parcel, or your confirmation email into store and speak with the team.
An item purchased online using Afterpay, Zippay as tender can be:
- Returned for a refund by posting it to our online store returns & exchanges address. See How do I return an item for details.
- Exchanged in store for an alternative item or a gift card to the value of the item. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
