If you are returning your item via the online store, you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. We provide free delivery on the item that you exchange it for.
Items may also be returned and exchanged in the relevant brand's retail store in Australia (ie. items bought at Peter Alexander, Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Smiggle, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand).
