You can return an item purchased online with a credit card, debit card, gift card or PayPal for a refund or an exchange in any Dotti retail store in Australia.
Simply take the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice that comes with your parcel, or your confirmation email into store and speak with the team.
We are unable to issue refunds in store where Afterpay, & Zip was used as tender.
An item purchased online using Afterpay, Zip or Humm as tender can only be exchanged in store for product or a gift card. Gift Cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
