We're sorry to hear there is an item missing from your Dotti order. Before contacting the Customer Service Team, we recommend checking the following:
If the item is missing from the shipping email confirmation, this does mean that this item will not be shipped and will be refunded. Any refunded items will be marked on your dispatch note inside your Dotti parcel.
The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock.
It's worth checking your emails to see if we've sent you an email about this. If your item did become out of stock at the time of packing your order, we would email you to inform you that your order has been partially fulfilled and you will receive a refund.
If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 10 days of of your order being delivered.
